How can it be that Israeli meat is so much worse than American meat? I mean a cow is a cow, no?

On the subject of meat, to simplify the confusing Israeli Hashgachot they should put different types of yarmulkes on the chickens. The Eda Charedit will be represented by a large velvet yarmulke, Agudas Yisrael a Ramalke, Machzikei Hadas (Belze) a bekeshe, and Charlap a srugi.
Much simpler.

You mean a shtreimel, not a bekeshe. You know chickens can't e=wear bekeshes
why not? People put sweaters on their dogs. We'll put bekeshes on chikens
There are 2 reason the meat in israel is - Shall we say - diffrent.
a. most of the meat comes from argentena where it is deep forozen for months as it travels by ship
b. Most meat in israel is injected with water ( idont know exactly why.)
